It met my expectations

Always feel that I could easily be his only patient as he and his support group are always focused on me only when making appointments, during the visit and after the visit.

The facilities were less than what was expected. The office smelled of mildew, the equipment was dated. Great doctor, poor facility.

Dr. Brand is an exceptional doctor who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is an outstanding doctor who knows his patients and listens to their concerns.

It was my first visit to establish a PCP after moving to the area. My previous PCP was with Advocate so I figured I'd try to find someone close by that had access to my medical history, which is a tad bit complicated. Being on Epic, Aurora has access to most of it. Dr Brand was prepared for the visit, he looked over my history and had a few questions to fill in the gaps. I really appreciated that. I came in with a list so I wouldn't forget anything. He was able to answer my questions and order some follow ups. Positive experience.

The office is very efficient. Never a wait. Most of my neighbors have been coming to this location for years.

Dr. Brand is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Excellent encounter

I was treated with courtesy and kindness. The atmosphere in the clinic is relaxed and mellow. Usually my blood pressure is so much higher than at home when I go to the doctor, but I find that this clinic just seems less stressful than most other places I have sought treatment.

The dr was very helpful and the 2 lady at the front desk are so nice and helpful
