I was meeting Dr Brand for the first time & felt very comfortable and he was very informative.

The office needs updating!! MA was not dressed appropriately. Very sloppy. However I will not complain about the rest of the team

Aurora needs to stop asking and using data about did the appointment meet the scheduled time. You need to ask more about providers skill set. I do not choose a doctor on whether he/she sees me on a timely basis but rather value the professional's ability and skill set.

Dr. Brand is a good listener and takes time to explain things clearly. I feel comfortable speaking with him and entrusting him with my medical well being.

I feel very comfortable and relaxed when I visit Dr Brand. He is up to date with my medical records and he allows me to voice my opinions without treating me like an idiot. My old issue with white coat syndrome has been gone the last few visits

I came to this appointment full of anxiety. Dr Brand let me talk out my concerns as well as ready my summary I provided him. He told me what steps to take next and assured me that at this follow up appointment I was in good health. I left feeling better because I was heard and had a sense of direction.

Having recently moved to the city, we are relieved to have a new clinic that we can count on.

Friendly atmosphere and pleasant staff

Dr Brand has excellent diagnostic skills. He includes you in the treatment plan. He always get back to you with test results or changes in plan of care. He is a Dr that makes me feel safe.
