This was my first time at this clinic. The reception area is like a hub with offices going off in multiple directions. The person who checked me in told me to take a seat. I had to ask her where I should be seated to hear my name called. I think it would have been nice if she had immediately let me know after checking in where I should be seated instead of making people guess. I was called immediately by a very friendly medical assistant. The doctor came in very quickly as soon as I was in the room. They kept thanking me for coming early. But I also appreciate that they didn't keep me waiting. That was great customer service!
