I've been a patient here for years. I got there and the receptionist was extremely rude and told me something changed with our insurance and I couldn't be seen. I've had the same insurance for years. Nothing has changed. I called my insurance and they had no idea what the receptionist was talking about. The insurance is the same number. I was treated like a second class citizen. I get foot care for my diabetes. I wait months to get an appointment here.
