I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Baker as one of my primary doctors. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
The whole process was seamless from the consultation, pre operative appointment, insurance handling, surgery, and post operative care. I'm in love with the results, and highly recommend Dr. Baker and his team.
Not a positive experience. I don't expect to become best friends with a doctor but I do expect some level of personal interaction. There was no substantive discussion about my history of skin cancers and why I wanted to address that with the doctor. He might be a good plastic surgeon but he made it very clear that undertaking actions to address the issues I came to him about were not things he would recommend-not worth it for what might end up being worse. He told me that the cyst in my right ear could be covered with my shoulder length hair. I have a hair stylist that I really like but that wasn't the reason for my visit with Dr Baker. I think it was after hearing that was when I agreed with him that it likely made no sense to consider surgery. On his way out he said if I changed my mind and wanted to proceed just call and they would get me on the schedule. I may be on the schedule of a plastic surgeon at some point in the future but it will not be dr baker's schedule.
Dr baker is a nice person and a skilled surgeon.
