I'm still waiting for "a problem with the insurance paperwork" , according to central scheduling at THEDA care and still do not have an appt for a MRI for my left shoulder.
I appreciate Dr. Lewis' willingness to take time in explaining health issues. He never makes me feel hurried.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in to see the Doctor when needed. I would highly recommend the Doctor and his office personnel.
The medical examiner was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with.it was great.
Dr. Lied to me and said that there wasn't a generic alternative to the medicine he suggested, when I knew that there was. I may have to find another doctor.
Even though I have to drive for an hour to get to my providers office it is worth it to me The office staff & the doctor is always considerate, knowledgeable,& concerned about my health & the care I am receiving
I will say this..Doctors are not what they used to be. Now, you go in, they say "oh, that's not my specialty", and they pawn you off on someone else. Your primary care physician no longer is useful for the most part. And auorora in general is failing. My husband has been to we for recital bleeding, told he needs his colonoscopy moved up asap and they won't do it!
Dr. Lewis was very kind, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. He is an asset to Aurora!
