We reported 20 min prior to appointment time. A woman arrived late- after we were checked in- was taken back and as a result we were seen nearly an hour later. I wonder whether it could be a consideration to take patients who report on time first- since the other patient came late with a new born it cost my family an extra hour. Disappointed.
