Dr. Joannides and her team are the consummate professionals. I have never worried about Violet's care while in their office. Kind, helpful, endlessly patient with regard to schedule changes and requests - I truly have been overwhelmed with how wonderful they all are.

We love Dr. J, she definitely sees the whole child and really does care about everyone's well-being. She is extremely personable and asks about myself and my husband and remembers things like starting a new job or going on a trip. We love her and the nursing staff! The nursing staff are so sweet with our boys, they go out of their way to say hello even when they are not assigned to us. Thank you!
Doctor Joannides is an absolute gem. She truly takes the time to hear from both the patient and the parent. She is sharp minded and has a great recollection of her patients that helps engage in conversation and help the patient feel at ease. She never puts pressure on any of our decisions, and we, as parents truly value her wisdom and professional advise on our child's care. We have the ability to have a provider closer to our home, but Doctor Joannides will always be our children's provider. She is seriously one of a kind and brings us a solid foundation in this world of so much change.
