The women at the check in desk could have been a little more polite. Her first response to me was "name"? What about: good morning, how are you? What is your name?

Dr Schnettler has been my knee dr for years now. He did both of my knee replacements. Dr Schnettler and his team have always treated me with respect and kindness. They listen to me when I try to explain my knee issues to them. We discuss what is going on and decide what to do from there. I always refer people to Dr Schnettler telling what a great dr I think he is. Thanks to him for all he has done to help me!
