My husbands appointment was for 10:45 AM. We were called by the nurse at 10:55. She weighted him and then we went into a room and she took his temp, blood pressure and oxygen level and she left. The Dr. came in at 11:30 AM. This 45 Minutes after his scheduled appointment. When he came in there was no apology for the long wait. He was with us maybe a total of 5-7 mins. and we were done. Had we showed up that late for his appointment we would not been seen which would be understandable. Why is the Drs. time more valuable than ours? We are asked to be at our appointment 15 mins. before the scheduled time and we were.

Dr. Goggins is wonderful. He is very professional, and I have absolute confidence in him. I did not see a Nurse, but I saw a Medical Assistant for intake, and she was great.
Doctor Goggins and his entire staff are exceptional in providing the knowledgeable with my Lymphoma and are friendly! I am comfortable with how they acknowledged about my medical conditions
Dr. Goggins is a phenomenal oncologist. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always honest. I find that he also has a great sense of humor, which is important to me. Not only would I never want anyone else in charge of my care, but I have recommended him to others that I know after they were diagnosed.
It was a good start to what will likely be a long term treatment plan.
Was able to tell me it was not venous but no recommendations on how to fix pain other than wait and see. Kinda discouraging. Understand that this doc just deals with venous issues but when I get told to see primary doc initially they wont book apts if its related to clots at all. They send me to er rather than just book apt even if they have one next day. Even for this issue I was told wait if we have apt available or go to er. In er would have to wait crazy hours to be seen and pay a lot for a visit. Basically not sure why I'm told to go to er if I have no symptoms to even warrant imaging for a clot. Seems like a staffing issue rather than health recommendations.
I have complete trust in this provider. I have been going to this provider for four years and have always been treated with kindness and respect.
I had lab work prior to my dr visit and the lab was timely but I waited for the Dr for 20-30 after my scheduled time.
