My appointment occurred 40 minutes late. This happened most times. Very tiresome.

Dr. Goggins, gives me information about my health and I'm included in the decision making process. I appreciate his approach. I feel like he cares about my concerns . He's proactive and thinks ahead with regards to ordering my colonoscopy.

My appt. was changed to 15 minutes earlier. I never got called until 15 minutes after my scheduled appt. Once Dr. Goggins came I for my appt., he did apologize for running late.
