Wasted 2 hours waiting for the office to respond to missed doctors prescription approval for blood draw scheduled a year in advance. The office was not available by phone or text to answer for 1 1/2 hours from 7am to 9am.

Dr. Fagre is not at all intimidating, which makes it easy to talk with him about any health questions. He's also very smart, sort of like the proverbial "walking encyclopedia."

I was not very happy that I had to wait an hour to be seen when my appointment was at 4pm I wasn't seen till 5pm.

Everyone at the Allouez Avenue clinic was very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. From the time I first called to make the appointment, I felt listened to and was able to see Dr. Fagre the very same day. Because my symptoms were similar to those for Covid, though I had twice tested negative, staff took every precaution to protect other patients as well as themselves. Dr. Fagre and his nurse each took time to listen to my concerns and provide appropriate treatment. Thank you, everyone!!

They were very apologetic about the delay. I was advised of the delay all along.

I realize the offices and staff are very busy right now. I have never had an issue waiting. However, after I was told what time my appt. would be, to report 15 min. prior, all of which I did, it was almost 2 hours before I was seen. That was not okay.

This clinic overbooks appointments every time we have an appointment. I called to say we might be 5 minutes late but we got there on time. Appointment was for 4pm. My son was called in by the nurse at 5:05pm! No explanation except they were running late. Unacceptable, I will most likely be leaving the clinic. Dr Fagre is great though. I have no complaints or issues with his professionalism or knowledge.

We had to wait over an hour to see Dr Fagre. No on his staff told us why. Therefore when he did appear the Wellness Exam seemed rushed

Office staff and nurses are very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful as is Dr. Fagre.
