I'm very satisfied with my Doctor.

Returning phone calls to the nurse is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of going through a 3rd party to be able to call the office? It makes me dislike using this Aurora at all.

Dr Fagre is on time, thorough and I trust him.

Dr. Fagre and the staff are always wonderful. Dr. Fagre listens, gives you options regarding treatment, explains everything well. I've never felt rushed at an appointment. I've been a patient of Dr. Fagre's for 15 years and have nothing but good things to say about him.

Dr. Fagre is really concerned that I get the proper care and listens carefully to me. He answers questions completely and in a manner that I can understand.
