Not specifically the doctor from my last appointment but the communication in general from this office is very poor. I was not explained the treatment plan far enough in advance to appropriately schedule the remaining visits for my pregnancy. I was told to schedule the rest of my appointments through the end of September the first week of July. But was not properly informed about the testing I would need to have at each visit and that if scheduled at the other location I could do my weekly appt, NST and ultrasound all at once. When all of my appointments have been in Orland, where the doctors are more so I would not think to schedule at Hazel Crest. Was just told I now have to go from. Orland to Hazel Crest to get the ultrasound once a week after my regular appointment. And now it's too late to schedule appointments at Hazel Crest because they're booked out. This office has ZERO appointment times outside of my work schedule so I have to miss hours of work every visit. Now I have to miss 4 hours in total of work to go to these appointments. This entire pregnancy communication has been horrible. I got very little information told to me while I'm there and find out on the app. I would never recommend this location to anyone who works for a living.
