Dr. Puffett is always very thorough and impeccably polite. He always addreses me by name, which I like. I look forward to seeing him, which is not a feeling generally associated with a clinic visit. The nurses are excellent as well.

The interaction was cordial and effective. Follow-up appts were made before I left, and prescription was ready for pickup later the same day. All met or exceeded expectations.
