The "New" way the Clinic has come up with for helping the Dr. with His dictation of the Appointment with His Patient, seems like it could be less time consuming for them, especially with going over it with the patient when done.
My provider was very professional, but also had outstanding customer service skills. I felt I and my wife were the two most important people in the room. My provider recognized and listen to both my wife and I with our questions and my provider talked to both of us versus just me, as the patient!
It was hard to hear and understand dr. Puffett's dialogue. Wearing that rug over his face only made communication more difficult. Was especially pleased that he took the time to address all my many and variable health concerns but very sincere in his effort
This was a pre op visit.
I had to be there 15 minutes early. The nurse saw me early and was done with her work in a timely manner. She told me the doctor would be in "shortly". After 35 minutes of waiting, I opened the door and flagged down a nurse. I have never done this before. The doctor was in the room in about a minute. He did apologize repeatedly.
Very satisfied and comfortable. I've been a patient there most of my life and have always felt confident and comfortable with the services offered and extended.
