The assistant who did the eye exams before the doctor, lacks patience. On both occasions that my husband was seen by her, she was not kind. She wanted to finish the exams quickly and was a little rude and that stressed my husband. If it were possible for someone else to attend to him on his next visit, it would be excellent. The rest of the staff was very kind and courteous.
It was not a good experience at the Menominee Falls Vision Center.

The office staff and the tech that performed the vision tests were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The doctor himself answered my questions and explained options.
