EVERYTIME I go to this doctor, his staff great, friendly, prompt abd efficient. He other hand, makes ne sit in the room for at least 45 min EVERY time I have to see him, only to be graced by his presence for maybe all of 5 minutes. I have never gone to a doctor that is SO disrespectful of a patient's time.
Dr Heyrman is very good. His eye tech needs people skills!
