I messaged prior to my visit and asked about doing my blood work. I was told it would be done after my visit. During my visit the Dr half listened to what my concerns were. I had to push to get 5 minutes of his time, just to receive half answers and vagueness. After my blood work was completed the doctor wrote some stuff in my records. I then received a phone call from a person who was not my doctor, stating things that made it clear I was not listened too or they thought I was a liar. I was told to do things I had clearly stated I was already doing, i.e. eating a healthy diet and making life changes. I asked about doing the blood work before the appointment so I could discuss the results, with the person interpreting the results, face to face. Not, be told some results. By a person I didn't know. Who could not interpret the results or discuss the results. Over the phone, while I am at work. I left work early to attend an appointment, with my doctor. I am currently in the process of finding a new health provider.
