I am very pleased with the professionals at Aurora Health Care. Everyone is very kind and attentive to my issues. The facilities are amazing. I asked about the facilities because it looked brand new and found out that the building had been refurbished and it looked great. Everything was great inside and outside.

This was my first appointment at the Gurnee facility and was very impressed! Because of my transportation situation, I arrived 40 minutes early. One minute after checking in, I was "whisked" into a examination room. 15 minutes later I was back in the waiting room! While I waited for my transportation to return, I saw that every patient had a similar experience to mine. Of the dozen people that arrived during the 45 minutes I was there, I don't remember seeing anyone wait more than 5 minutes. This facility should be the blueprint for all others. Again, I was very impressed.

Dr. Albert is a great doctor and I'm glad that I'm his patient. Every time I have an issue he's always there for me.
