Dr Levin gave me information about my condition saying that he was aware of Post-Polio patients who had longer periods of recovery time after surgery because of anesthesia drugs not being washed out of their system in a normal manner because of their condition of Post-Polio. This was very helpful to me because I had been very weak for the past week after my surgery. He told me to do what I was able to do but that the more I could do that would help me get better and back to normal quicker. I do have to thank Dr. Levin for helping me to understand what I was going through and to show me what I needed to do to make myself stronger and better
