Parking to get into women's health, area by GI entrance is very limited.
Dr. Gallagher is a wonderful doctor. He is kind, funny, smart, intelligent and flexible. He is always patient and answers my questions honestly with down-to-earth answers. I always feel safe and cared about when I see him. He is truly an A plus, plus doctor and person.
I did mention to him that I was using an estradiol troche and then he also prescribed the cream. When I went to the pharmacy to get both prescriptions (the troche was already set for pickup), the troche had been discontinued in place of the cream. He did not mention that was going to happen or whether or not I should do both. This created a lot of confusion in the pharmacy. They messaged his office and after some time, I was told they had not heard back, so I had to then call to get things straightened out. This wasted a lot of my time. When I finally got the prescriptions, it still did not indicate if I was to do both and if I could use the cream externally, which is what I discussed with his office. So, now I have had to reach out to the office two more times to get an answer on this. Also, patients should be told by the provider prior to them touching you.
There was a wait, but it was to be expected. Staff were very kind. The doctor was very nice and took time to try to engage my son so he wasn't so scared.
When making my appointment, Dr. Gallagher's staff went above and beyond to get me scheduled. I was able to be seen for an acute medical issue, and was put at ease with a detailed plan for my care. I highly recommend Dr. Gallagher for his thoughtful approach and medical expertise.
Always professional understanding and caring
I came in for a specific concern and he did testing right away and discussed the results right away with me. I had already seen a different md prior for the concern and had a physical so he did not waste my time by repeating what other did. He laid out all my treatment options and answered all my questions making my decision to move forward very easy.
First time seeing this provider that is why there is no prior history with them. I had extreme confidence in everyone involved with the Women's Center and would not hesitate to recommend.
I liked it. They were very kind. They assigned me an interpreter. They were very attentive.
