I'm tired of getting emails telling to check in in advance. The person at the front desk still asks all the same questions that I answered an hour before. I have not moved, changed my emergency contacts, or changed my prescriptions. My responsibility for the bill and insurance coverage are the same as they were before I left the house. Stop wasting my time, Advocate!!! There is absolutely no reason to do this twice in one morning.

Dr was knowledgeable about my history. Explained my visit with him and what to do in the future if I had a reoccurence of my previous symptom. Put my mind at ease that I'm doing all I can. Took adequate time with me and Explained things well. I would recommend him to friends and family.
