When you are expected to come with a full bladder and you have to wait almost an hour after checking in is unacceptable. I do have to mention that after I mentioned to the attendant that I was in dire need, within a few minutes she escorted me to a room where my tests were performed. I still had to wait another 15 minutes to see the doctor.
