I appreciated Dr Woike's attentiveness and compassion. He explained my back X-ray to me in detail that gave me more information than I really ever had before. I also am glad that he ordered an MRI. It's good to receive some hope and optimism.

I'm sure I've said this on more than one occasion, but Dr. Woike is hands down the best PCP I have ever had. He knows my medical history, genuinely listens to my concerns and provides his professional opinion in a compassionate way. Excellent care and bedside manner.

The Dr. seemed very well educated and genuine about health concerns. This was my first visit with him. The only complaint is that there should be more appointments handed out for new patients and that the system should be able to differentiate between a new patient appointment and a follow up appointment. I'm sure every patient and appointment can be different but to seperate the two so drastically seems very counterproductive. In order to get an earlier appointment I have to sign in to the app and wait for a notification. Once I accepted it I was called by the doctors office that the new date and time was not available le for me a new patient and only for previous patients but that I would keep my original day and time that was months away. She stated that Once I received an alert that there was a new appointment time available that I would have to call the office, wait on hold, speak to a receptionist who would verify if the appointment was for a new patient or an existing patient. Needless to say after doing this about 5 times it became tiresome and a waste of time and I opted to just wait for the original time. I'm sure the receptionist doesn't like to receive calls like this either or do extra work to verify the appointment type. The system needs to be modified or the option not available for new clients or just not differentiate. I was with the actual doctor for what felt like 15 minutes. I don't think an existing patient is much less time.
