Regarding provider talks regarding healthy lifestyle, preventing injury and disease, etc.: I've worked in healthcare for over 50 years and have heard and applied most of what would have been said for many years now. Therefore, further in-depth discussion on these matters would be a waste of time except when new information is available and provided. I'm "vaxed-to-the-max", have all diagnosed medical conditions under control, closely adhere to my medication schedule, and try to eat right and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
