My doctor visit was fantastic. Always does. Seems like administrative, check-in staff "quality" has fallen. After my appointment I needed to get some lab work done. I asked the check-in people if I needed to check in again to do this they told me that I did not. I asked them if they were sure because I was positive that I needed to-they again said no. Well, guess guess what happened-Waited for the lab to open-late, signed in and once my name was called they told me that I needed to check in in order to get my blood work done. I don't have the answer for you on how to solve this, it might of even been a one time thing but not cool. One other thing. Why can't some one from the check-in desk turn on the check-in screen for the labs before they actually open? Seems someone can just turn on the screen a bit early preventing people from having to line up at once when they open to put their name in the system. This also prevents issues of people trying to cut in front of others who have been waiting there longer.

I'm very happy with the care I get. I will always keep the same network of health care.

Dr Klarquist and his team are great. Very personable and attentive. I have a variety of medical needs that intersect and he coordinates everything expertly. I always recommend him to friends.
