The phlebotomist was unable to draw blood from my arms. Seems I have this problem a lot. This is one reason I never do blood lab requests as they usually do not get any blood for me. That part is VERY frustrating.

Dr, Klarquist great, explains all issues well. His staff made me feel Advocate cared about me.

Dr. Klarquist is an excellent doctor who listens and cares. I have complete confidence in him.

Dr. Klarquist offers plenty of time to ask questions and discuss any issues. He is attentive to ongoing or previous issues and follows up. Gives good advice for ongoing good health.

Overall was a great visit I was seen right on time, Dr Klarquist is very courteous, tentative and knowledgeable about my medical history. I always leave his office knowing he has my well being in mind.

The nurse was amazing.. she came in to give me a flu shot and she was so gentle that I didn't feel anything this lady can give me a shot and anytime she wants I don't know how much she makes but she probably deserves a raise. Thank you.
