I was able to schedule a visit that was much sooner than expected. Everything went smoothly, from the check-in to the pre-check up with the medical assistant and with the actual check-up with my doctor. Dr Klarquist listened to me intently, was quick to diagnose as well as to come up with a plan (ie, make referrals to the right specialists). But I wish the interactions were more personable. As it was, it felt a bit like an assembly line. I'm grateful for the efficiency and accurate medical checkup but some human touch and more outward empathy would have nice.
