Office staff is very efficient and friendly!!

I felt that NP Porter had reviewed my chart prior to my appointment. He listened to my concerns, help resolve the medication issue i was having and went above and beyond to locate a medication i was having a difficult time finding to have filled. Overall my experience was excellent and i felt her really listed to my concerns and addressed them as well as provided additional education and referral resources.

The lady who checked me seemed very uninterested in being there. The nurse who asked me questions when I got into the room didn't know the names of any of my medications or what they were for

First visit at this location. It was a good first visit, liked those in the office and the provider Thomas Porter.

My annual checkup and flu shot visit was perfect, got a prescription renewed and was seen in the most professional manner ? % satisfied with my visit with Thomas Porter and as always receptionist is always great, the first person you meet and medical assistant that took information and gave me my flu-shot was professional and loved her personally, sorry I didn't remember her name, Thank you Aurora Medical

Dr. suggested a new sleep med, it didnt work for me at all, up all night and am stumbling, tripping today. not feeling well at all. And of course the clinic is closed today.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Porter he was very kind and listened to me
