The receptionist kept informing that the medical card was not updated in the system. It was explained to the receptionist repeatedly that the card was given to the office on multiple occasions and still the receptionist kept repeating what the application was displaying that no card was on file. It was also explained that the pre checkin module was used and all of the insurance information was displayed which the receptionist had no answer for. Please inform the receptionist to understand the patient when they are explaining their side of the story and not just continuously repeat what the screen says.
This was my first visit with Dr Wos. She was amazing. I will definitely recommend her to others.
