Dr Choi is knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly. I find it easy to talk with Dr. Choi. She always listens intentionally and ask if there is anything else that she can do for me. Prompt followup with lab results, prescription, etc. She is a joy!
This was my first visit. The Doctor and staff were very professional. I was at ease, which is not my norm, didn't feel like I was a bother, excellent customer service.
Everything was done in timely manner. The lab technician was so refreshing & no problem with taking blood. Dr was very nice & refreshing to talk to & seem to be on top of her job. Receptionist were friendly too & quick & on point
