I know my appt was at the end of the day and everyone was ready to go home; but the receptionist was less than friendly. Not really rude, just blah. After the nurse checked me in, I waited 40 min for my doc to come in. I am a patient person, but my free time is also important to me. A brief explanation or apology for being late would have been appreciated. Appt went fine, and I love the nurse.
