It was my annual Medicare visit and I have several routine tests to be ordered and Theresa made sure I would be contacted to schedule them. She is always willing to listen to my questions and will work with me if I want to try an alternate approach to any health concerns.

Theresa was actually a few minutes early for my appointment. She spent a lot of time with me going over my labs and scheduling some X-rays. She took time with me to answer my questions. She is very warm and compassionate.

I always feel like she has my best interest in mind, she is incredibly knowledgeable, AND she keeps me on track with the appointments I need to have with other providers to maintain my health. The provider is AWESOME. She knows me, she knows my history, she speaks to me in a way I understand, she listens to me. Her MA, though, was another story. She interrupted me several times and I felt she spoke down to me. She was training someone and I didn't think that was good role modeling. She wasn't prepared with the equipment needed for taking vitals. By the time she left the room, I was feeling very uncomfortable about our interaction.
