Difficult to get an appointment quickly. My ear was clogged and appointment was 6 weeks out. It would be nice for a return patient to get in quicker.

The doctor was clear and to the point. He listened to what I said and asked follow up questions.

Wait time for surgery is quite long; been suffering for 2 months and still need to wait another 4. I understand physicians are busy, but this is too long of a wait.

Knew my history. Seen Dr Liu before, knowledgeable AND excellent care provider.

Very personable, efficient, discusses issues/concerns.

Didn't realize that this particular office was so far away. I will use the Pleasant Prairie office in the future.
