From receptionist to the nurses and doctor giving an excellent customer service. I absolutely recommend base to my experience with the group.

Dr. KULCZYCKI is a doctor I would highly recommend to friends & family. He takes the time to get to know me and my health history & provides me with important information re:my care. I appreciate that he wants me to follow up with him re: my other doctor appointments. He's also personable and human! I can stay in touch on Live We'll app which convenient. His staff will always take the time to get back to me when I have questions.

At this appointment I only met with a nurse to get my annual Flu shot.

This visit was somewhat of an urgent nature so I saw Dr. Kulczycki and not my primary care physician. I read some rather negative reviews about him. I was expecting the worst. I was so pleasantly surprised. We discussed my issue together and came up with a plan. I liked him very much. He is very knowledgeable and caring.

All my appointments have gone quite timely with minimal wait time. All staff has always been courteous. I've always been amazed how quickly lab tests have come back, usually within 12 hours. It is very helpful to me knowing lab results prior to my Dr appointment so I can be in a position to intelligently discuss any issues.
