Dr. Kulczycki is always patient and goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have. He never makes me fell rushed.. I am grateful to have such a understanding compassionate Doctor..Thank you Dr. K.

You overbook your physicians. Taking 2 months to get an appointment is too long. I question whether I want to continue to use advocate as a result. In addition, I am very disappointed with your mask policy and continuing to recommend covid vaccinations when they are proven ineffective and dangerous.

It is a nice place to come to get treated for your illness,the staff was excellent I love coming to advocate health care They are number one??
