Addressed an issue I been concerned about for several months and willing to try a med to clear it up or help it.
This office visit was excellent.
I had a NP who was very informative and friendly. One thing that needs to be improved is scheduling a follow up appt. one day after a CT which hasn't been read yet. Sometimes that can take 1 to 2 weeks. There were other parts of my history to talk about but as a patient you want the CT results asap. Thank you.
This provider was very knowledgeable and caring.
Taylor Mayefski is absolutely wonderful. She listens so well to any of my health concerns, is so pleasant, caring and checks every health concern I have. I have all good things to say about Taylor. She is great!

I waited 45 minutes to be seen. No one popped in to update me that it was going to be a wait or how long it would take. When finally seen, I did not feel rushed but was told how I felt could just be the way it is. It took a long time to get in for an appointment, a long wait to be seen and did not feel my issues were resolved - not to mention how much this is going to cost me when I do not feel there's a resolution. I feel this has become the norm at Aurora as this is the second provider with the same experience - a long time to get in for an appointment, long wait time at the appointment, and no resolution/feel like my issues were not resolved/feel like I'm being brushed off. Absolutely frustrating and upsetting to say the least. May have to start looking for care somewhere else.
