Tayler is an EXCELLENT NP! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE !

I am so appreciative of Tayler's kind manner and of her knowledge. She is very patient and explains things so well in layman's terms.

My cardiologist and his APNP are both excellent and I can't say enough good things about them.

She is expedient, kind, compassionate, and had integrity concerning why we waited an extra half hour as a patient who lived two hours away needed to be "worked in." She provided options and allowed my mother to be a small part of the decision making process. Tayler also provided solutions on what to do if the changes to her medication, time taken etc did not work. Waiting to have her direction on bloodwork results.

It was a busy day for her, and I felt she was a bit rushed. I wish Aurora would hire more providers to handle the demand placed on the few they have at this site.

Although, it was my first time with this care provider, I felt very comfortable talking and being with her.

She was very good but had to wait 30 minutes before she was able to see me.
