Dr. Kaura and his staff are the most caring, knowledgeable healthcare providers that I have in my provider group. I trust them completely.

The help and friendliness of everyone was nice. The elephant in the room however is what all this is costing. It's confusing to get reams of paper in the mail and still not know what the ultimate costs will be. Our medical care system is terrible. It divides people into two groups: those who don't have to even think about the cost and those who are really intimidated by costs not available in advance. The negotiation of prices should be more transparent. How can I make an informed decision about my care if I have no idea in advance what a procedure will cost?

Dr. Kaura is very knowledgeable and took the time to go over images and explain medical findings in a way that I could understand.
