Yearly visit was prompt, informative. MD is caring, well informed. Kind, thoughtful. Staff very courteous.

Only issue I had was trying to enter the hospital. The North entrance of the turn around was locked with no signage that it was locked. I needed to go all the way back through the parking garage and then enter the ER entrance to make my appointment. A painful experience because I had pulled a hamstring in my leg the week prior.

I was taken to the exam room on time. The MA took my vitals and told me that Dr Smadi would be in in a few minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes I went to the door and walked into the hall looking for a nurse or MA. No one was in to be seen. Shortly another Doctor came by and asked if I looking for something. I told him that I was looking for some one to update me about Dr. Smadi. He said that he would check for me. He came back in a few minutes to let me know that Dr. Smadi would be in shortly. When Dr. Smadi came in a few minutes later he apologized for keeping me waiting. His previous patient needed more attention so he was delayed. I have no problem with the delay. I understand that everyone has different needs. My only complaint is that I was not updated on the delay.

My appointment was at 10:00 got there at 1/4 til didn't get in a room until 10:20 didn't see doctor until 11:20 !!!!

Dr. Smadi is such a wonderful physician, so very appreciative for the great care and kindness this physician has for his patients.
