The doctor was just delightful. I didn't feel rushed at all. Very kind and considerate too.
Staff is amazing! Dr is first class! Dr has great manners explaining everything. Very Helpful and takes the the time to answer my questions.
As in the past Dr Smadi has always taken the time to answer questions and I've never felt rushed. All of the staff that I had contact with on this appointment were very kind and welcoming.

Disappointed I could not make my appointment for next year. Computer was not excepting appoints for a year out. This needs to be fixed.

I was left waiting in the exam room for 10-15 minutes for Dr. Smadi to arrive. He didn't seem to remember my worries about long COVID affecting how I breathe, and seemed to dismiss my concerns about POTS without really listening. He is the second physician I've seen at St. Luke's who seems either uninformed or unprepared to take the long term effect of multiple COVID-19 infections into consideration. When the very quick visit was over he left me without necessarily making clear things were all done, and I was uncertain if I was to wait in the room or to go up to the desk myself. Despite any of my raised concerns, he doesn't want to see me again for another year. Hopefully by then I'll have found someone who at least acknowledges this patient's worries and concerns.
I was glad that he helped me with my concerns.
