I like the fact that I can get a visit closer to home.

Dr. Smadi was clear on explaining why I was having certain issues with my lungs and bronchial airway. He will provide an inhaler for me in the future, when my asthma starts acting up and has recommended an over the counter daily pill to help me with my constant runny nose. I now understand why I have the issues I do with my lungs.

Very thorough Dr. spent a lot of time with me. Went through extra effort to show me device choices.

Dr. Smadi took his time and explained a new process to me in an easy to understand manner. He gave me time to ask questions and answered them clearly. He also let me know what to expect and what to do if I had further questions.

The front desk clerk was not very welcoming. Kept looking confused and saying I had missing information but didn't ask me for anything. Definitely wasn't happy that I wanted to pay my co payment and the was equally unhappy when I realized my insurance didn't transfer over from Aurora at home so she had to enter that. I trust my doctor and wouldn't switch, but not exactly making me want to switch over my other doctors.
