Not so much with my provider but I am handicapped and there is absolutely no parking areas at the facility there's about five cars and I was in the parking lot and now we're before my appointment and no cars left in that time so I had to walk clear across the parking lot wasn't happy about that

Dr Amin wasn't taking any new patients but the appointment rep didn't know this. Dr Amin felt bad that I was mislead but listened to my concerns then gave me info on one of his team mates which I will see soon.
