Thank you for everything. I know times have been hard to get but its because the quality or care over just getting people through. Also the one question I said no to I haven't asked anyone to talk to me about my health. I'm very aware of what I need to do to live a healthy lifestyle. It was a very frustrating experience for me. I was told on the phone by Aurora Behavioral Health that I needed a referral from an Aurora primary care doctor as I normally go to Mercy. So I made the appointment and had gone and the nurse wasn't very outgoing and I could hear the medical practitioner and nurse discussing me in the hallway which is normal however I heard them go onto say that I was not going to be getting a referral as someone who didn't wanna to be a full time patient. As someone who only recently reached out for help dealing with my anxiety this was the least helpful appointment I could've had. I left feeling like yet again I hit another block in the road and all they told me was to get an external referral from Mercy and that the lady who told me I needed an internal referral was incorrect. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and I don't feel I was met with compassion and understanding.
Provider was good but was not my normal provider.
We just love Tara. She takes her time and doesn't rush. We love the small feel of this clinic location and the staff.
