Tara is a breath of fresh air! professional, intelligent, & patient

This was my daughter first time meeting Tara Palma. She absolutely, liked her. She made her feel very comfortable. She needed to get shots for school and the two nurses did an amazing job tag teaming so she didnt have to do one at a time.

Virtual pharmacy is a joke. In order to pick up prescriptions... Talking on a screen to someone who's not there, who knows nothing about you sucks!! Could be a bot for all we know. Stick to personal communication with doc & pharmacist not that Artificial intelligence bs!!

I like the fact I'm treated as a person and not a number. She takes the time to listen and help understand the issues that I'm having. It's not just a in then out feeling I get. That's one of the reasons I left my last dr. It's like they didn't have time. I have to feel comfortable with my Dr. If I'm gonna continue to see them and I do with Tara.

I love seeing NPs if Dr filling isn't available.

Tara is easy to talk to and listen to your concerns and ways of taking medications is the right way. ( cutting doses in half and doing them at needed times, instead of what's specified on label). Basically hears the patient

Tara listens and discusses options for my health and wellbeing.

Tara is wonderful! She is caring and is easy to talk to. I am very happy to have her as my new doctor.

I fully trust the judgement of Tara Palma NP, as she asked very pertinent questions with sensible responses. She was also easy to talk to about my concerns. I recommended Tara Palma to my wife, who is a Mercy client, but she isn't ready to move yet.
