I thought Dr. Richardson was professional and helpful. Thorough, as well.

The appointment itself was great. Dr. Richardson really takes the time to get to know her patients. I felt seen and listened to. The only drawback was, I waited a very long time for the appointment to start, and it interfered with my scheduling the rest of the afternoon.
