The doctor and his staff were very friendly and checked me in very efficiently.
Had to wait over an hour to see the doctor, and i was there 15 minutes early.
I found Dr. Bajwa totally engaged with my health issue and my future treatment plan.
I had an 8am appointment and was finished with check-in at 7:45. I then waited 40 minutes before being called to the patient room. The medical assistant took my weight, blood pressure, and briefly reviewed any concerns - this took no more than five minutes. After that, I waited another 15 minutes for Dr. Bajwa. He listened to my heart, asked a few questions, and recommended a stress test in 11 months and a yearly follow-up in 12 months. His portion of the visit lasted about five minutes. In total, I waited 55 minutes for a five-minute appointment. This does not reflect good customer service and does not feel patient-centered.
