Very difficult to get around the St Luke's area and prefer to go elsewhere where it's easier to navigate. Please consider reinstating valet parking because many have told me they don't go to St Luke's because of difficulty parking and walking to where we need to go

I waited in the room for about 40 minutes. However I assume he was in surgery or had an emergency. Although nothing was mentioned!
