I felt very at ease during this appointment due to my provider professionalism and caring manner. I strongly trusted in the providers information and thoughts and advice how to help me.

Paper work said to arrive 20 minutes before the appointment to meet with his staff. I was there at 9:55, but no one came . My appointment was for 10:15 with the doctor. I was called back exactly at that time. Time requirement should be taken off the paperwork. It was even highlighted as to having to be there early.
We didn't get reasons why the whole process would take so long. He seemed in a hurry. He also did not seem sympathetic to the amount and severity of my pain. It is terrible and I am going into my third week of this without any improvements
I asked for clear recommendations about what to do to reduce and treat my condition and all he wanted to give me was meds.
I felt he was intelligent but I didn't feel he was that easy to talk to. Going to see a specialist is expensive and I would prefer to not walk out feeling like I just got quizzed because I am not too bright.
Great appointment. Doctor did very much to help me.
They ask you to get there 20 minutes early but then you wait in the lobby for 50 minutes and then wait another 30 in the room. Then the provider tried to get me out of the room asap because the schedule was behind. Provider also didn't seem to have any idea why I had the appointment.
